Office Manager and Financial Coordinator

Pam is a native of Pueblo, Colorado moving to NH from Southern California in 1995.  She has been in customer service and account management for more then a decade.  She has a strong background in sales, quality administration, finance, procurement and payroll.  Pam has also been trained in time saving tactics to eliminate non-value added processes in the administrative office.

In our practice Pam handles all the financial coordination, including collections and monitors the patients claim status to assist in getting them their reimbursements in a timely manner.   She consults with patients in regards to their proposed treatment and gives them the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their financial obligations.

Pam joined our team in May 2007 and enjoys working with the public.  She wants your experience at our practice to be a great one.  You can expect to be treated with respect and courtesy every time you come in. 
 

Certified Dental Assistant

Graduating in 1999 from NHTI, Concord Katy knew she wanted to be a dental assistant right from the beginning and started her dental career directly from high school.  She brings four and a half years of dental assisting experience to Dr. Boles, D.D.S., P.L.L.C. office and continues to take expanded duty courses to increase her valuable skills, benefiting both the patient and our dental team. 

Patients feel comfortable with Katy’s gentle yet  confident manner as she assists Dr. Boles, D.D.S., P.L.L.C., with a comprehensive understanding she anticipates the needs of both the patient and Dr. Boles, D.D.S., P.L.L.C. simultaneously.  Katy is a native from the north of New Hampshire and now calls the Lakes Region her home and welcomes you to experience services of the dental team of Dr. Boles, D.D.S., P.L.L.C.
 

			Jaime Remenar

Certified Dental Assistant

Jaime graduated in 1996 from NHTI, Concord, NH and also has an Associates Degree in Health Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Plymouth State University.  She is a member of the National American Dental Association (NADA), American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA), and the Professional Pre-Medical Society of the PSU Science Society.  She also trained at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in cosmetic Dentistry.

Jaime is a native to the lakes region graduating from Belmont High School in 1995.  She is a valuable team member with 13 years of dental experience.   She joined our team in November 2007 and has brought her knowledge and great personality with her to Weirs Beach.

			Carolyn Alonardo

Registered Dental Hygienist

Carolyn graduated with high honors in 2000 from NH Technical Institute, Concord, NH.  She was voted DH student of the year through Proctor and Gamble during her senior year.  Carolyn maintains membership with the American Dental Hygienist Association (ADHA), New Hampshire Dental Hygienist Association (NHDHA) and Phi Theta Kappa.  She has continued on to advance her clinical skills by becoming licensed to administer local anesthesia.

Working with Dr. Boles allows her to use the latest technology while enjoying a professional yet fun environment.  Carolyn’s favorite part of the dental hygiene profession is helping patients improve their oral health by helping them improve the effectiveness of their home car efforts.  She believes it is important for patients to know what they are doing right as well as what areas could use improvement.  Patients can feel good with the fact that they are improvements or maintaining good dental care routines.  Carolyn especially enjoys listening to the creative dental routines of her patients.  She believes there are no rules to how you care for your teeth; only that you do.  Come share your dental hygiene routine with Carolyn.

			Kylee Dionne

Kylee Dionne – Registered Dental Hygienist

Kylee graduated in 2001 from NHTI, Concord, NH and also has an Associates Degree in Science, majoring in Dental Hygiene, in which she graduated with honors.  Her experience includes periodontal case study, nutritional counseling, pharmacology and she is licensed to administer local anesthesia.  Kylee also worked as a dental assistant in other dental practices, which included both general and orthodontic dentistry.

Kylee is a native to the lakes region graduating from Laconia High School in 1997.  She has been a part of our team since November 2006 and has made a significant contribution to our practice.  She is very enthusiastic about what she does and it reflects in her work ethic.  She will provide the highest level of care and comfort to our patients.

			Patricia Manoli

Scheduling Coordinator

Patricia moved to NH in 2002 from Massachusetts where she graduated from Rockland High School in 1972.  She started her career in the dental industry in 1987 working in an orthodontic office in Brockton, MA.

She added customer service to her resume in 1998 working at Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, where she was educated on medical and dental insurance.  She received a customer service award in this field but wanted to work more with people and not in a cubical.  She went back into the dental field and has been working as a scheduling coordinator since 2004.

Patricia has a very friendly demeanor and makes patients feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments.  She enjoys working in the dental field and has participated in and received certificates for continued education courses to add to her already vas knowledge of dentistry.
