Payments

We are a FEE FOR SERVICE office.  What this means is we are not affiliated with any insurance company and do not accept co-pays.  You will be required to pay for any services rendered on the same day of service.  If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim for you and any reimbursement from your insurance company will be sent to you directly.  For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and checks.

We do have an internal payment option for patients of record that can be discussed at the time your treatment plan is generated or treatment is proposed.
